matahari Platform Account Terms

We at matahari set out the terms that apply when you open an account and use our platform. If you dispute a settlement decision on matahari, you may contact our support team via email. We review disputes within 5 business days. If we determine that a position was settled in error, we correct your account balance immediately. If our settlement was correct, we explain the reasoning and close the case. For disputes that remain unresolved after our review, you have the right to escalate to the independent dispute-resolution mechanism serving matahari's jurisdiction. We at matahari undertake to operate fairly and transparently. Your balance on matahari is your property; we hold it in trust and do not use it for our own purposes.
